Data Analytics Consultant

About the Role

We are seeking a Data Analytics Consultant to help our clients turn raw data into actionable insights. You will design and build executive dashboards, data models, and self-service analytics platforms - working directly with business stakeholders to understand their needs and deliver solutions that drive better decisions.

What You'll Do

• Design and develop executive dashboards and reports using Power BI and Tableau
• Build semantic data models and DAX measures for business intelligence solutions
• Work with clients to gather requirements and translate business questions into analytics solutions
• Design and implement data warehouse models - star schemas, dimensional modelling
• Develop self-service analytics capabilities enabling business users to explore data independently
• Conduct data analysis and present findings and recommendations to senior stakeholders
• Implement data governance practices - data catalogues, definitions, and quality frameworks

What You'll Bring

• 3+ years of experience in business intelligence or data analytics
• Advanced Power BI skills - data modelling, DAX, and report development
• Strong SQL skills for data extraction and transformation
• Experience with cloud data warehouses - Snowflake, Azure Synapse, or BigQuery
• Ability to communicate complex data insights clearly to non-technical audiences
• Experience gathering requirements and managing stakeholder expectations
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

Nice to Have

• Tableau or Power BI certification
• Experience with dbt for data transformation
• Knowledge of Python or R for statistical analysis
• Experience in a consulting environment
